The head chef at Naomi’s Kitchen is the inimitable Naomi Byrne. With almost ten years’ catering experience under her apron, she has been trained at the world-renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School and has worked for the original and highly-regarded Avoca Cafes in County Wicklow. Naomi’s also travelled the world to learn about ethnic foods – including studying at the famous Siam Cookery School in Thailand and cooking at both large and small catering establishments throughout Australia.

At Naomi’s Kitchen we cater for all events, large and small, flexibility and individuality is something at which we excel. In 2007, we hosted the Official St. Patrick’s Day Luncheon in The Pillar Room, catering for over 300 guests. We also cater regularly for clients as diverse as the Marketing Institute of Ireland, Brown Thomas, Gallerynumberone and for many a wedding at Ballybeg House – the eclectic wedding venue.

Naomi’s Kitchen also caters for those super-special occasions, when a buffet or canapé selection doesn’t quite fit the bill. Ranging from sassy soups, quenching sorbets to a feast of marvellous mains and delectable desserts, our plated dishes are quite simply divine!!!

- Rack of Sligo Lamb with a Ballinroan Organic Herb Crust served with Gratin of Potato and Wilted Baby Spinach.
- Chargrilled Sea Bass with a Mango, Tiger Prawn, Avocado, and Chilli Salsa.
- 6oz Fillet De Boeuf with Green Peppercorn Sauce and Sweet Potato Crisps.
- Stuffed Roast Fillet of Pork with Clonakilty Black Pudding and Bramley Apple served On a Celeriac Mash with Baby Buttered Leeks and Lakeshore Creme.
- Cornfed Chicken Fillet wrapped in Serano Ham, Stuffed with Basil, Boillie Cheese and Served with Broccolini and Lemon Butter Sauce.
- Aubergine, Tomato, Greek Olive and Goats Cheese Galette.

Just a quick note of thanks for your superb catering at our wedding. Everything was perfect - everyone was raving about how the food was gorgeous, elegant and delicious, and how the service was extremely pleasant. There wasn't one thing I would have changed. They say on the day of your wedding the bride and groom don't eat but I think we were finished first.
It was truly a pleasure to have found you and to have worked with you. We are just hoping that we have another reason to avail of your services again!
